Comm-Tech Voice and Data are planning a big move, taking their business under the same roof as sister companies, RPC Recycle and Juice Telecoms.
Online PR News – 16-May-2011 – – RPC Recycle’s sister company, Comm-Tech Voice and Data, are stepping up their drive for all things environmentally friendly by relocating to a new, purpose built office in Norwich with the aim of working from a ‘carbon neutral building’.
This move will bring Comm-Tech Voice and Data and sister companies, Juice Telecoms and RPC Recycle all under one roof - a move that will bring greater working efficiency and the final push in the company’s initiative to be an integral part of the unified comms market.
Comm-Tech’s sales director, Tye Jennis, talked of the opportunities in the market: “We offer expertise in both mobile and fixed line. We have people in Juice Telecoms who have many years of fixed line experience and who have worked with industry leaders in the sector, so we can offer a portfolio of products and deliver a fully managed and supported solution.”
Comm-Tech are also working with Vodafone’s One Net Solution – an innovative business communications answer to call management whereby landlines and mobiles perform as one service – a little bit like having your desk phone with you wherever you may be. The only current difficulty with this is the Norfolk location where broadband issues can sometimes result in connectivity issues. These issues are being worked on as the concept itself is already being picked up by organisations in the area.
Jennis added: “Once customers understand the concept, which is a brilliant idea, it is a relatively easy sell, providing the infrastructure is there to support it. There are rural broadband issues in Norfolk which can make take up difficult, but we are seeing sales pick up with new sales personnel covering London, Chelmsford and Essex areas.”
Business for Comm-Tech is clearly on an upward trajectory. April 2011 saw them receive the Best Customer Retention Award from Vodafone’s Partner of the Year Awards in the Platinum Partner category. All down, Jennis says, ‘to the dedication of our support and sales teams in looking after our customers.’
Comm-Tech have recently acquired five new recruits to their sales team with the intention of continuing to win new business and retain happy customers. Add this fact to the awards, the new One Net business and the move to bigger and better premises and Comm-Tech is a company to watch out for in the communications market.
