Social-Minded JMC LIVE Show Stays Current, Chatty

Internet radio show host makes everyone feel at home while talking current events and biblical perspective

Online PR News – 30-November-2009 – – CHILLICOTHE, Ohio – Radio show host Jeremy Caverley of JMC LIVE knows how to work a room … especially when it comes to the Internet chat room during his weekly shows on Tuesday nights at 8 pm EST.

Caverley's cozy and casual style is inviting to all social media perusers looking to stir up some fun and sometimes, even trouble. The simultaneous chat room open during his show, which highlights current events and issues from his Christian perspective, has been known to heat up a bit.

However, Caverley handles the opposition with grace and humor.

While one chatter makes crude and snide comments, Caverley is unfazed. “Do you know what Jesus can do for you-uuuu?” the former Texan says with a twang on a recent show. “It ain't all about the material things you can gather … it ain't all about X-box, or plasma TV, or all the possessions you can have.”

While he is forced to do some temporary chat room banning, Caverley is determined to appeal to audience members of all faiths, persuasions, and attitudes. During broadcasts on he welcomes viewers as if they had just come into his living room for a Bible study. He posts links to stories and resources he's talking about, along with scripture verse references.

Caverley is often joined by his wife, Miranda, (on or off screen) while the two discuss anything and everything from Adam Lambert's same-sex kissing to the End Times.

“Just about anybody can show up,” Caverley, 29, said. “We usually have more non-believers than believers tuning in because we are staying current with what is going on in the world. We want to inform people about the truth, because the truth will set you free. We want to show people the love of Christ despite our differences.”

JMC LIVE has been broadcasting since August and Caverley looks forward to including more guests in upcoming shows. The radio show is part of JMC (Jeremy and Miranda Caverley) Ministries, which aims to “spread the good news of the gospel through music, speaking, and preaching. The Caverleys also produce puppet shows for children of all ages and will be performing a Christmas show on Dec. 6.
