Online PR News – 25-March-2011 – – Bryant & Stratton College Online announced today that it will be hosting a series of three webinars at no cost for current Bryant & Stratton College students, prospective students and people seeking information on how to get ahead in their career. The first free webinar will take place on Wednesday, April 6, from noon to 1 p.m. EDT. This webinar, titled “Jumpstart Your Career While You’re in School,” will reveal ten specific steps every student should take while in school so that they are properly positioned for post-graduation career opportunities. Seasoned career coach Kim Dority will lead the webinars. Ms. Dority has been writing about and teaching courses on career development for more than a decade. She has also spoken at numerous national professional conferences on this topic.
“Employers have started hiring again, but today’s job market remains tough. A college degree is still critical to landing a competitive job but job-seekers need more to stand out,” said Kim Dority, of Dority & Associates, Inc. “Job seekers with little experience often struggle to promote their skills, but by networking and building their professional brand they can be ahead of the pack. These webinars will show people exactly how to gain that competitive advantage in the job market.”
