Boxing Champion Osumanu Adama will be featured in the movie "Dreams" during his title challenge

Chicago, Il. – Chicago Fight Clubs Promotion LLC, announced during the Chicago Golden Gloves March 10, 2011. They will be hosting their next boxing event, “Chicago Fight Night” on March 25, 2011 at the Hanging Gardens Banquets in River Grove, Il. Professional fights will be held from 8 PM. Amateur fights will be held prior from 4:30PM till 7:30PM. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. with the first bout beginning at 5PM. All fights and fighters are subject to change.

Osumanu Adama, also featured in the upcoming movie “Dreams” set to release Fall 2011 will make history, the first African to hold three title belts, where he will be making his 1st title defense. The filming of the movie Dreams will be held during the Chicago Fight Night Event. Osumanu Adama will be filmed along with his Coach Joseph Awinongya, playing the role Paalo in the movie. Other actors include Tommy Ford from the sitcom “Martin” and the detective drama “New York Undercover”, American Idol runners-up Syesha Mercado and Lisa Tucker, Vicky Winans, Angie Stone, Geoffrey Owens of the Cosby Show, Terri Van Martin, and Mel Jackson.

In the main event, African Sensation, IBO Middleweight Champion, Osumanu Adama from Chicago, Il. (18-0-2, 13 KOs) vs. countryman, Marcus Upshaw from Jacksonville, Fl. (13-4-1, 6 KOs) fight for the vacant USBA Middleweight, IBO Intercontinental title and the IBO world title. Other championship bouts include the popular David Estrada from Chicago, Il (25-0-6, 16KOs) who recently defeated Franklin Gonzalez by a TKO in round #5, to fight Lanardo Tyner from Houston, Texas (24-4-1, 15 KOs) for the vacant IBO Intercontinental Welterweight Championship and the IBO world title. Another favorite Angel Hernandez, Chicago, Illinois (30-9, 17 KOs) will fight Joey Hernandez, Miami, Florida, (17-1-1, 10 KOs) for the Vacant USBO Junior Middleweight Championship.
