Park Particle Research is pleased to announce that it has started to test anode graphite with industry standard 18650 cells made with spheronized graphite.
Online PR News – 25-September-2020 – Gangnam-gu/SEOUL – Park Particle Research’s meticulous process of purifying the graphite was determined using proton x-ray emission tests, in order to confirm a high grade value at a parts per million level of accuracy.
Park Particle Research’s Chief Engineer, Dr. Choi Dong-Min commented on the anode graphite battery testing saying “The results from our testing phase concludes a very high purity of graphite as chemical grade as well as tiny levels of chloride, which makes the material suitable for lithium-ion batteries and can be used in components in many other industries.”
“The process we use and our analysis can detect elements with an atomic weight greater or equal to sodium and uranium. The progression of our development and the tests performed by our scientists represents a significant progression with Park Particle Research’s cutting edge technology and ideas,” added Dr. Choi Dong-Min, Chief Engineer of Park Particle Research.
