The medical aesthetics clinic shares critical information for patient safety

Online PR News – 04-September-2020 – Regina, SK – Pasqua South Medical Aesthetics is one of the leading providers of CoolSculpting, Botox, acne treatments, facial fillers, and other medical aesthetic services in Regina. As many restrictions in place during the peak of COVID-19 are lifting, they’re eager to share with their patients how they’re prioritizing patient and staff safety.

The nature of medical aesthetics services often calls for close contact with patients, doctors, nurses, and the other staff at Pasqua South Medical Aesthetics. Even prior to the pandemic, the clinic had strict safety and cleanliness protocols in place. To adjust to the times, they have further increased these measures.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 the staff will also be wearing masks. Patients who aren’t receiving treatments on their faces are encouraged to wear masks as well. Many treatments including body shaping (CoolSculpting) and laser hair removal can be done with both the practitioner and the patient wearing masks.

Clinic owner Dr. Tomi Mitchell explains that no matter the treatment you receive, your safety is always a primary concern. The clinic follows universal safety precautions, such as hand washing, wearing gloves, and properly disposing of waste/needles. In between each treatment, your treatment bed and work spaces are sanitized with special hospital grade cleaners used to kill viruses, bacteria, and parasites.
