Online PR News – 24-August-2020 – Chicago, Illinois – Joseph Schreiner, running as a Libertarian, announced his candidacy for state representative of Illinois’s 19th district (northwest Chicago). Schreiner seeks to “Reopen Illinois in Prosperity and Health” by opposing the Pritzker/Fauci War on Illinois that has devastated the state.
Schreiner said, “COVID-19, as a so-called pandemic, is a hoax. This virus is no worse than the seasonal flu. Small and medium sized businesses, especially family businesses, have been destroyed. Other civil institutions have been wiped out. The people of Illinois are not allowed to assemble or to provide each other support. If all this were imposed by a foreign power, it would be regarded as an act of war and hostile military occupation. I want to make Illinois a state where businesses, families, community organizations and individuals can thrive. That is why I am running for state representative of the 19th district.”
Schreiner also supports metropolitan police forces in their efforts to protect life and property and supports the right of people to protect themselves. He opposes the prosecution of all victimless crimes and opposes the double-standard by which peaceable assembly contrary to the interests of the political elite is suppressed.
Joseph Schreiner is currently self-employed as a patent agent and translator. He has decades of experience in information technology, statistics, medical research, teaching and technical support in the corporate, public, consulting, academic and entrepreneurial sectors. He has served on the boards of two nonprofits, served on two alumni committees, chaired an academic guidance committee, and chaired two governance committees. He has three master’s degrees: public administration, engineering and psychology.
