Some of the key features include mobile capture for enhanced customer experience, bi-directional communication allowing real-time interaction, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for advanced data extraction and electronic signature for a fully automated process. The framework also includes Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for automating the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
Improving the online account opening process has never been more important for financial institutions.
