PGA Tour Pro Harold Varner III Signs Endorsement Deal with Handley Watches

Professional golfer Harold Varner III and Richmond based Handley Watches agree on an endorsement contract.

Online PR News – 12-August-2020 – Richmond, VA – On the heels of the FedEx Cup Playoffs, Professional golfer Harold Varner III and Richmond based Handley watches agreed on an endorsement contract this week, making Varner the first ambassador under the Handley brand. Handley’s watches, made for active professionals, are known for their signature silicone bands and traditional dials, allowing for more flexibility and comfort. Varner also has endorsement relationships with Jordan Brand and Callaway golf.

Varner, who turns 30 on August 15, was born in Akron, OH, and raised in Gastonia, NC, attended East Carolina University, and has been on the PGA tour since 2016. Details of the agreement weren’t disclosed, but as part of the contract Handley will support the HV3 Foundation to provide affordable access to youth in sports. (

Varner, currently #89 in the FedEx Cup Standings, will compete in the FedEx Cup Playoffs to finish the 2020 season, and will play in the US Open in September. His last victory was the 2016 Australian PGA Championship.
