Online PR News – 22-June-2020 – United Arab Emirates, UAE – United Arab Emirates, Dubai - COVID19 has left so many individuals struggling to find stability. Many of us are stuck at home and it is important to stay positive in the wake of this global pandemic.
Anne Jackson, of One Life Coaching ME, shares valuable tips on keeping an optimistic disposition and being productive amidst this global pandemic.
“First of all, it’s important for individuals to not feel guilty if they are experiencing confusion, restlessness, unproductivity, or procrastination. It is normal to feel this way, given the events we are facing. Acknowledging that you are having these feelings is the first step towards positivity.”
If you feel like not getting up on any particular day, you have to know that it’s okay. It’s important to have a structure and routine - routine is the opposite of chaos - but it’s also important to give yourself a break from time to time.
“In these unprecedented times, being productive now does not necessarily mean being out and about. There are many other ways to be productive and you can use your productivity and creativity by investing in skills where you can take advantage of.
There are plenty of resources to help cope with this global pandemic. In fact, this is the perfect time to rediscover yourself, practice self-reflection, be mindful, be grateful, and meditate.
In these difficult times, Anne is still grateful that she is able to help individuals seeking life guidance through wellness coaching and therapy.
“Technology has enabled life coaches like me to continue to offer guidance, advice, and positivity to people through telecommunications. That’s one way of using my strengths in a positive way.”
