If you are struggling to stay on top of your goals, especially in the wake of COVID-19, Anne Jackson of One Life Coaching ME shares a few tips to help.
Online PR News – 17-June-2020 – Dubai – Dubai - Half of 2020 has already passed through our fingers and we have gone through so much that it’s hard to fathom. Just a few months ago, Anne Jackson Of One Life Coaching talked about why so many couples get divorced in January.
And for people struggling to stay on top of their goals, especially in the wake of COVID-19, Anne shares a few tips to help.
She explains that to be able to move and thrive during these times, it is important to cultivate a spirit of realistic optimism.
“There will always be things that are beyond our control and this time is magnifying this like nothing before. Isolation and lack of normal distractions can highlight our shortcomings. Those who are willing enough to accept their shortcomings whilst focus on their strengths will find the resilience to bounce back.
Anne mentions that whenever you feel stagnant and are not seeing progress, it may be a lack of an outline. She goes on,
“Achieving a goal is usually best done by baby steps, one stepping stone at a time. Praise yourself for your small steps as they always lead to the bigger picture. Outlining your progress will make you feel that you are moving forward.
Finally, she stresses on not giving up on our resolutions and in keeping on moving forward in any creative way that you can find in this pandemic.
“Whenever you feel like you’ve hit a plateau, take the time to step back, reflect on your current situation and what you have actually achieved - evaluate your actions and seek improvements and/ or new ways forwards during this COVID-19.” Anne concludes.
