OnBoard Names Three Honorees to its Annual Executive Leadership Honor Roll

Annual program recognizes influential female Georgia business leaders for
professional and personal excellence

Online PR News – 02-June-2020 – Atlanta, GA – OnBoard, the leading authority on women in the boardroom and executive suites of Georgia public companies and a catalyst to increase female directors on all for-profit company boards, announced the 2020 honorees to its Executive Leadership Honor Roll. Awarded annually since 2007, the Executive Leadership Honor Roll recognizes three Georgia-based female business leaders who represent the talented women who are in the pipeline for future corporate board positions.

To be eligible for the Executive Leadership Honor Roll, a candidate must be Georgia-based and hold a significant leadership role that makes her eligible for corporate board membership. OnBoard also prioritizes women who excel in their professional roles, as validated by their colleagues, while also preparing the next generation of female leaders through active advocacy and mentoring.

The 2020 Executive Leadership Honor Roll class includes three exemplary leaders recognized for their commitment to drive change for some of the most recognizable global brands:

Kali Wilson Beyah, Managing Director-Global Talent Management, Delta Air Lines

Responsible for developing and executing strategies that support and grow Delta’s people, capabilities and culture, Kali Wilson Beyah is a seasoned talent strategist who applies her background in legal and government affairs to develop creative people strategies. She leads the teams in charge of corporate learning and development, leadership development, performance management, selections, and assessments to transform talent management for Delta’s 90,000 employees. Beyah has been named a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star and one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 under 40. She currently serves on the boards of the Georgia Chapter of the International Women’s Forum and the Atlanta Women’s Foundation, among others.

An optimistic champion of change, Jill Campbell is always seeking ways to elevate talented leaders to exceed their own expectations. Over the past 37 years, she has contributed to and led teams in several roles at Cox, working in operations across the U.S. As the current leader of multiple departments and hundreds of people, Campbell continually works to make Cox an even better place to work and is spearheading the company’s EXLab movement, a multi-year initiative designed to reimagine the employee experience. In 2017, Campbell was inducted into the coveted Cable Hall of Fame. She has served on the boards of United Way, Boys & Girls Club of America, YMCA, and Woodruff Arts Center, and served as chairperson of the board of directors of Girl Talk.
