Although Mr. Cameron leaves his post as CEO, he is proud to remain a member of the organizations Board of Directors.
“We are fortunate to have someone of Anthony Jones’ caliber and experience step up to lead GEA,” said Cameron. “We are at a critical moment in the entertainment industry in Georgia and we need his passion for the community's professionals and fresh ideas to reignite the need for the organization as a whole.”

“I want to thank Freddy and all of the supporters and members of (GEA). As a newcomer to Georgia in 2009, I could always count on GEA to be my 'go-to' for all things industry networking”, Jones said. “I believe the void left could be felt by many of my industry colleagues; I am proud to lead the organization to next generation of entertainment and media exec's in Georgia in the coming years.”
Mr. Jones, a veteran entertainment attorney and serial entrepreneur, brings his experience to GEA after launching a successful entertainment practice and several successful start-ups in a variety of industries. He states his first order of business is filling his executive and new board with members of the community that have the passion for seeing the entertainment industry in Georgia take on new heights.
“I look forward to working with individuals, companies and supporters in our community that have same passion for seeing the Georgia entertainment industry take its success to the next level,” Jones said. “We have a terrific opportunity to build a solid, lasting legacy for entertainment community that rivals New York or Los Angeles.”
