To help meet the critical need resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the agreement provides for the design of Airon’s pNeuton Model A ventilator, which does not require electricity or batteries, to be licensed to GE Healthcare, with Ford providing the manufacturing capabilities to produce 50,000 ventilators in the next 100 days.
