Envisioning the lofty space to be filled with diners enjoying their mains with a side of beverage, followed by a pre-drinks crowd chasing down bar bites with a tipple, Jing Heng is determined to keep prices affordable and the ambience casual and relaxed.

With his foundations laid strongly in classics, he stands behind Revamp Kitchen & Bar’s selection which includes the citrusy-tart Mai Tai (Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, Cointreau, Orgeat, Lime), the spicy, but not too sweet Moscow Mule (Reyka Vodka, Lime, Ginger Beer) housed in a solid copper mug, and the complex yet perfectly balanced Ramos Gin Fizz (Bickens Gin, Lemon, Lime, Cream, Egg White, Orange Blossom Water, Soda).

For the “Signatures” menu designed and named with his customers in mind so that the drinks can be clearly identified, get a taste of Jing Heng’s winning cocktail, the G&T Martini (Tanqueray Ten Gin, Grapefruit Tonic, Lime Cordial), for the embodiment of “Classic with a Twist”. Or go for an adult’s choice of dessert – French Mint, Chocolate Martini (Sailor Jerry Rum, French mint, Chocolate and Half&Half), to end the meal on a sweet high.

Cocktail connoisseurs will appreciate Bottled Cocktails (for cocktails-on-the-go) with DrinkEasy crafted by Jing Heng. Available in two variations (Gin and Whiskey), and two sizes each (150 ml and 320 ml), choose from a range of spirits and garnish for a bespoke drink, mixed to personal taste. Seedlip, a non-alcoholic spirit made with distilled water and refreshing and natural ingredients such as blueberry shrub, sencha tea and spice pumpkin shrub, is a must-try for those who prefer non-alcoholic options that do not compromise on taste or quality. About Boo Jing Heng
Head Bartender at Revamp Kitchen & Bar and DrinkEasy Pte Ltd, Boo Jing Heng is a popular and well-respected figure in the bartending industry. He first discovered his interest in bartending while working part-time at F&B establishments such as Clinic Bar and Café Del Mar, where he picked up bartending skills and techniques. He took on new challenges when he joined Jigger & Pony in 2012 as a bartender. Immensely creative and highly driven, he has the technical finesse and people skills that help build rapport with customers. Through experience and his mentorship with Aki Eguchi, Bar Manager at Jigger & Pony, Jing Heng’s flexible approach to bartending and experimental edge leads him to free-flowing inspiration to create signature drinks such as the “Old Saint Cocktail”.
