The easy three-step approach is designed to help limit person-to-person contact between customers and employees while automating the vehicle repair process.
Customers can upload and send damage information, pictures, receive estimates, contact tow services, fill out paperwork, book drop-off appointments and reserve their rental car.
The system is designed to offer the customer a safe "hands-free" way to drop off their vehicle for repair.
Once the vehicle is at the repair facility, vehicles are outfitted with protective interior covers on seats and steering wheel. Before the vehicle is picked up, it is detailed and disinfected.
