02/11/2020

This division provides Full time, Part Time and/ or On Call childcare services with caregivers who are trained in ASD.

Online PR News – 11-February-2020 – Miami, Florida – According to the Founder, Thalya Olmos, "We realized there is a need for respite care and/ or backup care for all families, including families with children with special needs. At Elite Nannies On Call we make the conscious effort to make a significant difference in the lives of all the children and families whom we serve. In order to reach out to the special needs population, we implemented this new division that is dedicated to families of children with autism and similar disorders."

Elite Nannies On Call states that it is their hope and belief that education and understanding of a child's development can provide a powerful tool in making the significant changes in a child's life, a life that parents allow Elite Nannies and Elite Care Specialists to be part of. Elite Nannies On Call's training in the science and knowledge of Applied Behavioral Analysis, for example, allows them to provide childcare service as well as make a contribution to a child, a family, and the future of a community overall.

The concept is simple, care for a child while at the same time provide therapy such as Applied Behavior Analysis which is associated with B.F. Skinner's (1957) analysis of behavior, in a form that is typically provided to children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) in home-based programs. "It's a Win-Win scenario for all involved and it made sense since the need is so prevalent," stated Ms. Olmos.

According to Autism Speaks, 1 out of 59 children are diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). Ms. Olmos stated, "Our unique, individualized plans are provided so that every child cared for by our Extraordinary Nannies or Elite Care Specialists can develop to his/her fullest potential while under their care. In the end we attain a goal, to provide the best possible childcare placement for all families in our community. Why risk receiving less than "ONLY THE BEST" tailored to a family's needs?"
