George Van Hasselt, candidate for San Diego County 75th A.D. Democratic Central Committee Member, announces a new campaign website.
Online PR News – 03-December-2019 – Escondido, CA – George Van Hasselt, candidate for San Diego County 75th A.D. Democratic Central Committee Member, announces a new campaign website at gvanforcentralcommittee2020.com.
"I have been actively involved in California politics for 15 years," said Van Hasselt. "The most important goal of politics is to win elections. Regardless of how great one's policies and ideas may be, unless that Candidate wins, those policies will never be implemented."
Van Hasselt is running for re-election as a San Diego County 75th A.D. Democratic Central Committee Member. His first term began in 2016. Since moving to Escondido in 2013, he served as both an Alternate and Associate Member. He was active in campaigning for such candidates as David Alvarez for San Diego Mayor, Consuelo Martinez for Escondido City Council and Ammar Campa-Najjar for Congress.
Van Hasselt adds, "I promise to work hard to energize not only our existing Democratic base, but to register and turn out more voters among Latinos and Millennials in the 75th A.D. If we could increase their participation, we would stop losing elections that we should be winning. I will also continue to campaign hard for candidates so that we may finally turn a red 75th A.D. into blue."
The primary will be held on March 3, 2020.
