St. Louis nonprofit to make the holidays more joyous for children, youth and families
Online PR News – 16-October-2019 – St. Louis, MO – Epworth Children & Family Services recently announced its 35th holiday gift giving drive beginning Fri., Nov. 1 through Tues., Dec. 3. The nonprofit requests that all gifts be unwrapped so they can be more easily designated for the perfect recipient. Gifts can be delivered to Epworth Mon. through Fri. from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. up to Dec. 3.
Epworth's gift drive was created to make the holidays brighter for area children, youth and families. There are three methods for giving: donations through the organization's website (www.epworth.org); holiday adoption of an individual (https://signup.com/go/SOhyTXZ); and displaying a giving tree at local businesses, where employees can pick and choose gift options for predetermined receivers.
"This is our agency's way to spread cheer and hope for those who need support during the holidays" said Epworth's President and CEO Dr. Michael Panicola, "We appreciate the community's participation in helping to bring joy into the lives of those who need a boost during a difficult time of year."
Founded in 1864, Epworth Children & Family Services is a multi-service agency that helps children, youth and families move toward self-sufficiency by focusing on health, housing, education and employment.
