The 2nd Annual Forum event occurred and the top Marketing CEO's were selected to attend!

Online PR News – 24-September-2019 – San Bernardino California – CV Marketing Chosen as Top Office. September 2019. Recently CV Marketing President Evelyn Gomez
was chosen among 11 other managers across the US and 12 top HR managers to attend an all expense
getaway trip to "The Forum" held in Newport Beach, California. The 2 nd annual event was packed with
team building events, networking and meetings to discuss what improvements could be made moving
into the next quarter and following year. The team at CV Marketing was addressed as being one of the
top teams across California allowing Evelyn to be chosen for the event. Gomez mentioned when talking
with her about the event "I was fortunate enough to be invited to the Forum last year and to be able to
attend this year and discuss the progress made and not only continue making plans for the future, but
celebrate what we have accomplished so far was an awesome experience." The team started the
weekend out at a ropes course in Orange County, providing challenges through the obstacle and words
of encouragement throughout the group to ensure everyone was able to complete the course! The
weekend continued with a sailing excursion out in Newport Beach Saturday, with the team of managers
being able to celebrate and enjoy the time spent together. Evelyn said "We work hard each week, but
it's trips like this where we are able to reflect on what we have done, that make each week completely
worth it. Something I have learned while managing CV Marketing is that you must reward yourself when
you accomplish goals to make your goals worthwhile!" This was also the perfect kick off to get ready for
the annual R&R trip every Manager is able to attend in October. The past two years was held at the Hard
Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, but this year the company decided to travel
south and head toward the beaches of Cancun at Moon Palace All-Inclusive Resort. The 4 day trip
includes an award ceremony in which Gomez hopes to bring home another award reflecting the work
her team has done over the last year.
