artegic AG appoints Bernd G Weber to the Executive Board

The digital CRM consulting and technology provider artegic AG has appointed Bernd G Weber as CFO/COO to the Executive Board effective 15 August 2019.

After working for T-Systems, Deutsche Telekom, Roland Berger and Unilever, he was Head of Business & Sales Operations at Fujitsu Central Europe most recently.

Together with CEO Stefan von Lieven and CTO Jörg Sayn, the business informatics graduate will drive forward the further expansion and ongoing professionalization of the company and continue the successful course of artegic AG. He succeeds Frank Michael, who became a member of the Executive Board in 2015 and has now resigned his mandate for private reasons. Together with the Dutch software-as-a-service investor Main Capital, which has been investing in artegic AG since 2016, the further expansion and growth of the group is to be driven forward
