The Bronx native has 25+ years of experience handling labor and employment law matters throughout Northern California and currently leads the firm's traditional labor law practice where he focuses on management representation in union-management relations and employment-related litigation. His reputation for litigation excellence is built upon an impressive record of successfully battling and negotiating against a variety of unions, including Teamsters, UFCW, IBEW, Laborers, SEIU and Stationary Engineers. He also previously served on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento No Glass Ceiling Task Force.
