The merged entities will focus on end-to-end security solutions and drive down security operation costs and increase integration flexibility
This week at the Nuclear Security and Emergency Preparedness Summit, WizNucleus and FullSec Solutions announced that they have reached a definitive agreement to merge. The merged entity will position itself to excel by providing their end-to-end cyber and physical security solutions.
Adapting to Changing Operating Environments FullSec has developed an innovate and modular security integration architecture which addresses specific gaps in the nuclear security market. By using nuclear industry engineers to integrate commercial off-the-shelf security products, FullSec brings new features previously out of reach to the market while simultaneously driving down costs and simplifying future upgrades.
"FullSec's intelligent approach to integration helps eliminate additional efforts in developing a compliant security system, giving us the ability to expand our security integration and professional service offerings, " says Krish Shetty, CEO at WizNucleus. Cyberwiz-Pro from WizNucleus is the industry's #1 application for managing critical digital assets (CDAs). Security systems assets make up a bulk of assets requiring close management. The new organization can now provide more effective cyber security professional services, including expert analysis of security system assets and ongoing vulnerability management. "Gaining access to a powerful software application such as Cyberwiz-Pro enables us to be a one-stop-shop for cyber or physical security plan needs," says Nathan Adams, President, FullSec Solutions. The combined entity will be headquartered in New York with FullSec's operations continuing to be managed in Dallas, TX area under the direction of Nathan Adams, the new Vice President of Security Operations at WizNucleus.
