Jones is running for Fort Bend County Sheriff.
Jones has 20 years of Law Enforcement experience. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas with a PhD in Administration of Justice, a graduate of the prestigious Leadership Command College of L.E.M.I.T., and his is currently a police executive.
Jones adds, "I will recruit, hire, and retain the best and the brightest and the most qualified personnel to serve our Fort Bend County Community - without regard to race or ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, social-economic status, or political affiliation. The primary will be held in March 2020, with the election in November 2020.
