Ali Jahangir Siddiqui, a diplomat and an entrepreneur, has been appointed as the Ambassador-at-Large for foreign investments with effect from June 13, 2019.

Ali Jahangir Siddiqui had a proven track record of managing some eminent positions, including Pakistan's Ambassador to the U.S, and special assistant to the then Prime Minister (Shahid Khaqan Abbasi) from August 2017 to May 2018. He has also been a part of different commercial entities, business and government advisory councils, as well as charitable organizations.
Recently, he is also appointed as the member of Afiniti's advisory board, along with David Cameroon—the former British Prime Minister and Admiral William Owen— the former US Vice Chairman Joint Chief of Staff. He has also been the board member of Sindh Community Development Board, Pakistan's Privatization Commission, and Sindh Board of Investment and so on.
Ali has bagged many awards and achievements too. In 2013, he was listed among Pakistan's top 100 individual taxpayers. Whereas, in 2014, the World Economic Forum entitled him as a Young Global Leader. Siddiqui also took the helm of JS bank, initially founded by his Father Jahangir Siddiqui.
