Shane Robinson Named Regional VP

Online PR News – 01-May-2019 – Los Angeles, Calif. – San Diego-based Sunrise Management, which has specialized in managing multifamily properties since 1978, has added Shane Robinson as its newest regional vice president. Robinson will work from Sunrise's Los Angeles office and takes charge of overseeing all property management functions for the firm's rapidly growing Los Angeles County portfolio.

An accomplished property management professional, Robinson has nearly 20 years of experience overseeing multi-family properties. Previously a regional manager for GHP Management, Robinson directed day-to-day operations while maximizing occupancy rates and profit for nine communities comprised of 3,930 units. Prior to that he was the business manager for Alliance Residential, where he oversaw such properties as the 198-unit Hollywood Tower and the 126-unit Madera Vista.

He holds an accredited apartment manager (ARM) certificate from the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a certified apartment manager (CAM) from the North Valley Property Owners Association (NVPOA).
