Midwest Dental, a Dental Service Organization with over 220 dental offices in 17 states, previously offered an in-house discount program before introducing the new Essential Smile Plan. Both of these programs were built with the common goal of helping Midwest Dental's many cash-paying patients to more easily afford their dental treatment. In early 2018, Midwest Dental made the decision to revamp their previous program and create a more competitive plan with additional savings and more value-enhancing products.
