Online PR News – 18-March-2019 – Phoenix, AZ – Le Petite Cuisine- a new supper club concept by chef and cooking instructor Tiffani Rozier, will launch a by-reservation, weekends-only, six seat supper club from her little third floor apartment dining room in Central Phoenix, serving dinner on Saturdays and brunch on Sundays.
Chef Tiffani's menus celebrates local and seasonal ingredients using simple and timeless techniques to deliver a memorable meal experience. She integrates Latin American, French and Mediterranean flavors with Arizona grown and raised ingredients. Tiffani says: " This is a dream come true! The menu for Le Petite Cuisine will change weekly. I want to introduce a fresh way of dining and new flavors. From her childhood, Rozier learned to be resourceful and creative with materials. An breezy Phoenix apartment will be transformed into a cozy space and be the back drop for anyone who wants to share a meal with friends and family. The dining room's focal point is a six foot family-style farm table with a total seating capacity of just six people.
Born and raised in South Jersey, Chef Tiffani learned her culinary skills at the Le Corden Bleu and working in restaurants in NYC, Nashville, and Philadelphia. She is the chef/owner of Live+Dine Boutique Culinary Services. "My vision is to create an atmosphere where people of all cultures, races, and spiritual believes, can come together. I believe that we are one when we are at the table together."
