CPM deploys the BroadForward Diameter router to enable a multi HSS/HLR environment at Tinkoff Mobile
Online PR News – 05-March-2019 – Amersfoort – CPM, a leading Moscow based systems integrator specializing in mobile core applications and infrastructure, has deployed the BroadForward Next Generation Diameter Signaling Controller (DSC) at Tinkoff Mobile, enabling Diameter routing (DRA), Diameter Edge Agent (DEA) and HSS front-end services.
The BroadForward DSC provides a software designed, multi-protocol routing and interworking solution supporting Diameter, SS7, SIP, ENUM, RADIUS and HTTP. The BroadForward DSC is widely adopted by leading global Mobile Network Operators, MVNOs and IPX providers. The DSC solution empowers users to independently orchestrate converged signaling scenarios across 2G/3G, 4G/LTE, Fixed/Wi-Fi networks and ultimately 5G.
Ivan Boyarinov, CTO at Tinkoff Mobile, comments: "Tinkoff Mobile pays great attention to the quality of service and customer satisfaction. By choosing CPM and the BroadForward DSC solution, we have improved the flexibility of routing and interaction with roaming partners within our network. Thanks to the introduction of DSC, our customers, for example, can use LTE roaming without interruption in 240 countries."
Nikolay Kondratyev, CTO at CPM Ltd. added "We are recognized for our telecommunications expertise and experience with BroadForward products. We are proud to have been selected by Tinkoff Mobile to deliver the BroadForward Next Generation DSC - supporting their flexible service model and expansion drive across the Russian regions and abroad."
Taco Schoute, CEO at BroadForward said "We are very pleased to work with CPM on this project. Increasingly operators choose nimble and flexible software solutions for their core networks. The BroadForward DSC has been designed from the ground up to support operators like Tinkoff Mobile to manage and control signaling across access technologies and systems."
