Newsweek partnered with Statista to conduct research from 132,954 American customers to rate various elements of customer service. Lamps USA was awarded.

Newsweek partnered with Statista to conduct an independent survey asking 132,954 American customers to rate various elements of customer service such as; quality of communication, the range of services, customer focus, and accessibility and finally, the likelihood of a customer recommendation.
