The restaurant, which has locations in both Rock Hill and Town & Country, is known for using fresh, seasonal ingredients, which yield exquisite dishes with an Italian twist. This fall, customers can find new items throughout the entire menu, including salume del giorno, pecorino toscano fonduta, prawn and citrus salad, black garlic and artichoke pizza, black garlic bucatini, and more.
"We are excited about these new menu items, which feature the best of what fall has to offer," said owner Katie Collier. "Our aim is to keep our menu fresh and in tune with the season as we celebrate autumn by incorporating locally-grown fruits and vegetables in these dishes."
Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturdays, and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays. Happy Hour specials run Sunday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. Carryout orders are also available.
