COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AWARDS PCAM, LLC (DBA PARKING COMPANY OF AMERICA) PARKING FACILITIES SERVICES MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

Management Agreement for Regions 1, 2, and 3 set to begin on December 1, 2018

Los Angeles, CA (November 20, 2018) - PCAM, LLC (dba Parking Company of America), the leading go-to provider of Parking and Transportation Management services since 1964, today announced that they have officially been awarded the Parking Facilities Services Management contract for 26 locations spread throughout Regions 1 (Civic Center), 2 (Downtown Area), and 3 (Outlying Areas) of Los Angeles County's parking facilities portfolio. These regions include iconic facilities such as: The Music Center, Ahmanson Theater, Walt Disney Concert Hall, and Grand Park, to name a few.

This contract award, ratified today by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, will be for a term of three (3) years, with two (2) additional one (1) year and one (1) additional six (6) month extension options, bringing the maximum term for this Agreement to a total of five (5) years and six (6) months.

Based in Los Angeles, California, Parking Company of America (PCA) will look to be a partner with the County of Los Angeles and its stakeholders, providing innovative solutions and quality customer focused services.
