New 87-suite hotel opens its doors welcoming guests to the heart of Merced

The new hotel located at 229 South Parsons Avenue, will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Shiv Properties LLC and managed by Twenty Four Seven Hotels of Newport Beach, California.
