MIAMI, Florida, October 24, 2018 -- Radiocarbon dating laboratory Beta Analytic is giving away AMS dates to five young researchers around the world. The ISO 17025-accredited lab will randomly draw a winner from each of these regions - Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, South America and North America.
To join the raffle, students need to fill out the form found in the lab's website - https://www.radiocarbon.com/raffle.htm. Aside from contact information, students are also required to provide a short description of their research project that needs radiocarbon dating. Only one raffle entry is allowed per student. There is no fee to join the raffle.
Each winner will receive a voucher for the lab's standard AMS date service worth US$595.
Beta Analytic will accept entries until November 30, 2018. The lab will announce the winners on December 10, 2018.
