Allis Roller embarks on World Class Manufacturing program to improve lean manufacturing practices and safety measures in their facility.
Online PR News – 02-October-2018 – Franklin, WI – (October 2, 2018) Local machined parts manufacturer, Allis Roller, is embarking on the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) integrative system for business and operational optimization, one of the most exclusive and highly respected programs for lean manufacturing in the world. With multinational customers like John Deere and CNH, adopting WCM strategies is part of Allis Roller's larger goal of striving for continuous improvement and a leaner, more efficient manufacturing model. Recent hire, John Gil, brings extensive experience in manufacturing quality control and operational improvement and is spearheading the WCM push at Allis Roller. Gil currently has a Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma, and is working towards his Black Belt Certification. He had this to say about their decision to implement the WCM system:
