Online PR News – 25-February-2011 – – Leeds based company, Tai Computers, has just announced that it has secured a major software deal in China. This latest addition to its increasing client list will mean that the company will be recruiting 20 more staff over the next six months, to cope with the huge increase in its workload.
Jack Bentley founded the company ten years ago and Tai Computers has since grown to become one of the major software manufacturers in the country. This latest deal follows a year of hard work on the bid, which saw Tai Computers go up against more established and much larger companies. Jack believes that his company’s attention to detail and endless research helped them bag the deal.
“We spent months meticulously researching the exact requirements of the Chinese brand and we ensured that we had everything in place to be able to hit the ground running, should we win the bid. Yes, it was a bit of a gamble in terms of time and financial outlay but it paid off and this one deal should see our company growth increase by one-third over the next five years. We don’t do thinks in half measures at Tai Computers and that’s the secret of our success.”
Tai Computers is still adamant that its headquarters will remain in Leeds, despite the fact that much of its business will now be taking place in China. Jack wants to keep jobs and profits in the UK and he feels that this is one of the special unique selling points of the company. The new bespoke office complex is due to be ready for occupation in August, which will tie in nicely with the new Chinese deal and provide extra working space, as well as a brand new software development laboratory.
