Presspahn recently polled its major customers as part of a quality and service review performed annually and requested ratings on the areas of Sales, Customer Service, Delivery performance and Account accuracy.
Online PR News – 21-February-2011 – – Presspahn www.presspahn.com recently asked its customers to rate its performance in the areas of sales, customer service, delivery performance and account handling as part of its annual performance and quality review. Customers were given a questionnaire to complete on which they gave scores ranging from 1 (poor) to 4 (excellent) against a series of questions designed to provide an accurate rating of each service area. The results gave a overall rating of Excellent for all areas of the business with specific mention been made on the excellent personal service that was given to each customer and on the delivery performance for items required urgently. In 2011 Presspahn hopes to extend is capacity to further improve service and lead times to customers in order to continue to lead in the fields of electrical, thermal and mica insulation.
