Online PR News – 19-February-2011 – – Rajnikant Tailor is the youngest Tailor brother and he recently joined the team and put on a show of cricketing strength that helped the team win the Amateur Cricket League Cup. This is the first time that the team has included three brothers but the Tailor brothers are all great cricketers so Rajnikant certainly earned his place on the team.

The Amateur Cricket League Cup is one of the highlights of the Udaipur cricketing calendar and it see fifty local amateur teams come together for a round robin style competition of short games and fast turnaround. It has helped to draw in new fans of the sport because the games are tense, exciting and fast-paced. This suits Rajnikant Tailor’s style of play, which makes use of his fast running speed. The teenager was once the regional 100m champion, so he is certainly no stranger to high pressure sport. He grew up in a cricketing family and, although running was his passion, it became obvious that he had an equally natural talent for cricket.

Rajnikant Tailor used to often train with his brothers and when his skills improved he was asked to join the team. He had to choose between running and cricket and, luckily for the team, he chose cricket. By playing a pivotal role in the Amateur Cricket Cup victory, Rajnikant Tailor has proven his cricketing pedigree and will top of the list when the team is chosen for the next fixture. He won’t have to wait too long, as the Udaipur Medal is coming up in a few weeks’ time and the team have their eyes firmly set on the prize.
