02/15/2011 can announce that the Chartered Institute of Housing South East Conference and Exhibition is to be held in Brighton over three days at the Hilton Brighton Metropole Hotel from the 8th to the 10th March 2011

Online PR News – 15-February-2011 – – The twenty-first annual conference and exhibition is anticipated to be as popular as previous years and will provide those in the trade with opportunities to gain further insights into networking and the latest trends and issues in the housing trade.

Guests staying at Brighton hotels can look forward to the conference which will be divided into themes over the three days. The opening day sees guest speakers providing detailed information on Localism and the ‘Big Society’, Sustainability and Capacity Building. There will be speeches, policy forums and keynote sessions taking place throughout the day. The day ends with a Comedy night to be held at the Komedia Club in Brighton.

Day two will centre on New Economy, Tenure and Funding Innovations and Sustainable Development. With a similar schedule of speeches, policy forums and keynote sessions, day two ends with a conference Gala Dinner with after-dinner speaker, Lembit Opik, who will be followed by live music.

The final day of the conference is based on Affordability and Allocations and Existing Stock. Once more, speeches, policy forums and keynote sessions will take place.
