Leading British Pakistani Fashion Designer Barjis Chohan fashion pieces have been selected to be part of a special ‘Muslims and Fashion Now’ exhibition at the Fine Art Museum in San Francisco in September 2018.
Barjis London work is celebrated for her hand painted unique prints, her fusion of western cuts with Eastern sensibilities and for her high quality work. She is the pioneer in high- end modest fashion in the UK and is a regular keynote speaker. She trained at London College of Fashion and completed her MA at Central St. Martins. Barjis worked for the talented Vivienne Westwood and for a French Fashion House before starting her business. She has been awarded Entrepreneur of the Year and Financial Mail on Sunday awarded her the title ‘Designer in International Trade in the UK’.
