The Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) and Education Promotion Society of India (EPSI) is all set to hold the National Convention of PGDM Institutions on February 7, 2011 at PHD House, New Delhi.
Online PR News – 03-February-2011 – – Following the AICTE’s rejection of the B-schools’ demand for review of the notification issued on December 28, 2010, the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) and Education Promotion Society of India (EPSI) is all set to hold the National Convention of PGDM Institutions on February 7, 2011 at PHD House, New Delhi.
The convention is being held under the theme of “Indian Management Education: Call for Excellence, Autonomy & Inclusive Approach.” The theme of the inaugural session is “The Indian Growth Story and the Contribution of the PGDM Institutions”.
Padma Shri Dr. Bakul Dholakia, former director IIM Ahmedabad and Director, AIIM will deliver the Valedictory Address at the convention. Top brass from AIMS and EPSI will address this convention.
Convention will be addressed by prominent industry leaders like Mrs Sushma Berlia, Past President PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Mr Sharad Jaipuria, industrialist and representative of ASSOCHAM; Mr Sanjay Bansal, Managing Director, Ambit Corporate Finance and Mr Premchand Palety, CEO, Centre for Forecasting and Research (Cfore).
Management education body Association of Indian Management Institutes (AIMS) will be represented by current AIMS president Dr Prabir Pal, Director, Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar and former AIMS president Dr Shefali Gautam.

We are calling all management institutes offering PGDM program to join the deliberations in the National Convention and to take necessary decisions thereof.”
